Limited Lifetime Warranty:

NRG® guarantees our portable massage tables, excluding vinyl and foam, against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original owner, own the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect. Vinyl and foam are covered for 3 years from the original purchase date. Tears, holes, punctures or damage caused by harsh chemicals are excluded.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at NRG’s sole discretion. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facility for any warranty claim. We will return the product, shipping prepaid, to customers within the continental US. International customers are responsible for round trip freight charges and any applicable duties, import fees and/or taxes.
