Suggested Use:

Adults: Apply to affected area no more than 3 to 4 times a day. Store in a cool dry place with lid closed tightly. Store at 68F° to 77F° (20C° to 25C°). Great for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, strains, sprains, simple backaches, & bruises.
